Yup was lucky enough to be there and it was amazing. Even some (pretend) nuns in the audience. An amazing feeling at the theatre and the standing ovation went on for ages. Cast were seriously excellent and you're going to see such a great show. Music was great and such a great nod to songs from the era. Enjoy.

I think its going to be a disaster. Theyve spent a fortune on it..the director was sacked....the show is in chaos. Theyve spent all the money on a massive set and neglected to spend as much effort on the show.

Have you actually seen the show? How can you say its going to be a disaster if you havent seen it? This board is so negative sometimes.

It was brilliant! So impressive for a first preview... and you have to assume it's only get to get better throughout the preview period... The crowd went mad for it, immediate standing ovation, and long curtain call... Both Patina Miller and Sheila Hancock do a great job... Can't wait to go again.

i agree less of the negative thought about this production... once you've seen it then you can pass opinion!! Its only done one preview so lets not shoot it down before its even had chance to fly yet!! i'll be writing a review after saturday's performance and if its as amazing as last nights sounded then I think i'll be in for a treat!!!

It'd be interesting to know which songs have been cut after the 2006-2007 productions. Anyone know the song list?

Take me to heaven
Fabolous baby
Here within these walls
how I got the calling
when I find my baby
Do the sacred mass
I could be that guy
Raise your voice
Take me to heaven (reprise)

Sunday morning fever
Lady in the long black dress
Bless our show
Here within these walls (reprise)
The life I never led
Fabulous baby (reprise)
Sister Act
When I find my baby (reprise)
The life I never lead (reprise)
Sister Act (reprise)
Spread the love around
