Wednesday evening at a small yoga studio. A teacher guides her students through a meditation on death. Wednesday night at home. The teacher’s husband is due for major surgery tomorrow; he may never speak again. In between Wednesday and Thursday. The teacher, alone, trying to do as she has said for so long. As the clock keeps ticking, and reality becomes unavoidable, her philosophy is put to the test in an Annie Baker-esque exploration of spirituality and mortality.
