Teatro Vivo’s new immersive theatre show – Dangerous Games offers a riotous evening of lust, lies and live music.
Two immoral libertines wager a scandalous bet to gain control of punk band The Maze. Playing a dangerous game of deception and desire no one is safe from their lascivious intentions.
Inspired by the classic 18th century novel Les Liaisons Dangereuses, the story is given a 21st century makeover with the scheming Marquise, and bad boy Valmont reforming their punk band ‘The Maze’ for a secret come-back gig that bursts out onto the streets and takes audiences to places they don’t normally get to be after dark.
As they throw away the rule book and their dark deeds unfold, innocent people are lured into their seductive trap as the treacherous villains vie to outdo each other and seize power over the band. But all is not lost as this is a story of survival, love and human connection and the audience will ultimately decide their fate.
Who will win and who will lose during an intoxicating night full of intrigue, scandal, music, dancing, and mischievousness?
The show ends in a free gig.
