MisSa is a sword swallower and burlesque superstar, 1 of 150 known sword swallowers in the world and 1 of 4 female sword swallowers of colour. MisSa’s journey starts in Germany, takes us to Las vegas and leads us to London. Usually, people of colour from working classes, don’t get to talk, let alone about race, politics and social constructs. What is it like to be queer, female and black living in Europe.
