Uchenna Dance – Hansel & Gretel

This contemporary retelling of Hansel and Gretel finds the two characters lost in London and overwhelmed by the sights and smells of the city. Join our two heroes as they outwit the adults to find their way back to their parents in a show that celebrates the plucky courage of childhood. Choreographer and Uchenna Dance founder Vicki Igbokwe puts her unique twist on a classic story, weaving together styles including House, Waacking and Voguing, with African and Contemporary dance in a show that will delight the whole family.
