The return to his island home by the reigning world superbike champion after a long absence, re-opens tensions between family and friends on the eve of the Isle of Man TT races. Relationships change, and as we all know, nothing is ever the same if you try to re-visit your past. Twist and Turn is about the importance of family values and loyalty. This contemporary rock musical takes the audience on an emotional roller coaster, with high octane songs, and an underlying theme of female empowerment in what has traditionally been a man’s sport. Relationships may be tested, but one thing is for sure – the girls are going to the TT races to win!
Two showcase performances of Twist and Turn – The Musical give audiences their first opportunity to see this new show and provide feedback which will help the creative team develop the musical for the future.
