Rehearsal shots have been released for Trevor Nunn‘s upcoming production Alan Ayckbourn’s of A Chorus of Disapproval at the Harold Pinter Theatre, where Rob Brydon will star in his West End acting debut.
A Chorus of Disapproval was first written and directed by Ayckbourn in 1984 – the show follows a provincial Operatic Society’s production, and the small-town squabbles and backstage romances it brings about.
Also
featuring Nigel Harman, Ashley Jensen, Jessica Ellerby, Barrie Rutter, Daisy Beaumont and Steven Edis, the show opens on 27 September (previews from 17 September) and runs until 5 January 2013.
