The Darlington Arts Centre are hosting a high seas adventure for half term, with a production of The Owl and the Pussycat on Monday 13 February.

Follow Owl and Pussy Cat as they set out on the high seas with only some honey, money and a runcible spoon to help them find their way through a topsy turvey world.

Along the way they meet the piggy wig, the turkey who lives on the hill and the strangest looking tree you’ll ever see.

Enjoy this absurd hogwash of nonsense featuring silly songs, babbling puppets and smaller than life characters.

Puppetry, live music and storytelling combine in this enchanting re-telling of Lear’s classic poem.

Dramaturgy by Olivier Award winning writer Mike Kenny (The Railway Children)

Recommended for children aged 3 to 7, tickets are priced at £5.50 and can be booked online at Darlington Arts
