Could Dragon Tattoo Make a Mark on West End???

With the huge global success of Stieg Larsson’s Millenium trilogy of novels, it was only a matter of time before a stage adaptation. And sure enough, the crime series, which has already made the transition to the big screen, is due to make its stage premiere at Copenhagen’s Norrebro Theatre this weekend (4 December 2010). And there’s something a big special about this version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo – it’s been developed with Larsson’s former partner (and rumoured collaborator) Eva Gabrielsson. If it proves a success, as the Independent noted recently, “how long until the West End gets in on the act?”
