A rare revival of Lanford Wilson’s 1970 play Serenading Louie opened at the Donmar Warehouse last night (16 February 2010, previews from 11 February), directed by Simon Curtis (whose last theatre production was Simon Gray’s Otherwise Engaged in 2005).
Jason O’Mara, now a familiar American TV face as detective Sam Tyler in the US version of Life on Mars, returns to the London stage to star opposite American Jason Butler Harner,
making his UK stage debut, and Britons Charlotte Emmerson and Geraldine Somerville in the four-hander.
