The award-winning dressed., which premiered at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2018, will embark on a UK tour in 2019.

The show is based on seamstress and costume designer Lydia Higginson's experience of being stripped at gunpoint, after which she spent an entire year recreating her entire wardrobe from scratch as an act of reclamation and self-liberation. The one-hour piece is performed by Higginson and three of her school friends: Josie Dale-Jones, Nobahar Mahdavi and Olivia Norris.

In the WhatsOnStage review of the show, dressed. was said to "take comfort in creativity and treat art as a gift". ThisEgg was nominated for a Total Theatre Award and won both a Fringe First Award and New Diorama Theatre and Underbelly's UNTAPPED Award.

dressed. will run at Battersea Arts Centre from 25 February to 2 March, Tron Theatre Glasgow from 14 to 16 March, Shoreditch Town Hall from 26 March to 5 April, Traverse Theatre from 11 to 13 April, Tobacco Factory Theatres from 21 to 23 May and HOME Manchester from 4 to 8 June. The piece will also appear as part of the Norfolk and Norwich Festival in Norwich from 24 to 26 May.

Dale-Jones produces the show, which has dramaturgy by Laurence Cook, choreography by Norris, lighting by Lucy Adams, costumes by Higginson, stage design by Stefanie Mueller and composition by Madhavi and Alex Paton.
