Sheridan Smith confirms Funny Girl cast recording

Sheridan Smith has confirmed that an original cast recording of Funny Girl will be released imminently.

Speaking to WhatsOnStage at the opening night of the West End transfer, the Olivier-Award winning actress said they will be recording in the 'next couple of weeks'.

"We're going to be doing a cast recording so we'll be doing that in the next couple of weeks or so which is exciting, it's going to be fun. The cast are brilliant in this, I have to say, they're so talented and lovely."
