Waitress composer and lyricist Sara Bareilles has released a new Halloween-themed Hamildrop alongside Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Entitled "Theodosia Reprise", the piece is set in Act 2 and sees Aaron Burr mourn the death of his wife. The number was cut from Hamilton and is now released with arrangements and music by Alex Lacamoire (who plays piano and bass) and has Questlove on drums.

Hamildrops have been released by Miranda since last November, using unused Hamilton material to create original work. Previous Hamildrops have been performed by the likes of Rachelle Ann-Go and Ben Platt.

Bareilles' hit musical Waitress is preparing for its West End premiere next year, with casting to be announced.
