We Want You to Watch to tour UK from September

RashDash’s production premieres at the National Theatre this month

Alice Birch's new play We Want You to Watch, which premieres at the National Theatre this month, will embark on a national tour in the autumn.

The play, presented by RashDash, looks at the effects of internet pornography on society.

Opening in September the tour will visit the Cambridge Junction; The North Wall, Oxford; Sheffield Theatre’s Studio; The Salberg, Salisbury Playhouse; Theatre Royal Plymouth Drum; West Yorkshire Playhouse’s Courtyard Theatre; and the Lowry Studio, Salford.

Directed by Caroline Steinbeis, the cast is Adam Charteris, Lloyd Everitt, Helen Goalen, Abbi Greenland, Bettrys Jones, Helena Lymbery and Peter Marinker.

We Want You to Watch is designed by Oliver Townsend with lighting by Beky Stoddart, music by Max and Ben Ringham and sound by Alex Caplen.

It runs in the National Theatre's temporary theatre from 11 June to 11 July 2015.
