It has been announced that the original cast of the award-winning show The Play That Goes Wrong will be back in the West End in a seasonal run of their show Peter Pan Goes Wrong, which is due to open at the Apollo Theatre in December.

Bringing "their trademark comic mayhem to the J.M. Barrie classic", Peter Pan Goes Wrong follows the members of The Cornley Polytechnic Drama Society once again as they battle against technical hitches, flying mishaps and cast disputes on their way to Neverland.

Peter Pan Goes Wrong will feature Dave Hearn, Henry Lewis, Charlie Russell, Jonathan Sayer, Henry Shields, Greg Tannahill and Nancy Wallinger with direction by Adam Meggido.

The Play That Goes Wrong has also announced it is celebrating its first year in the West End by extending its booking period until 11 September 2016.

Producer Kenny Wax said: "We are quite staggered to be celebrating the first birthday of The Play That Goes Wrong with the announcement of an extension to the booking period which will take us to the end of two years in the West End – so we are now doubly thrilled to be presenting Peter Pan Goes Wrong at the same
time."

Wax also added, "the show has instigated a ticket policy to 'never be beaten on price' so we have ensured at least two tickets per performance for Peter Pan Goes Wrong will be available for £12,350."

Peter Pan Goes Wrong will run at the Apollo Theatre from 4 December 2015 to 31 January 2016.
