Louise Dearman joins Of Thee I Sing concert

Further casting has has been announced for Of Thee I Sing, the UK concert debut of George and Ira Gershwin's classic at the Royal Festival Hall.

The Pulitzer Prize-winning 1932 musical comedy plays the Southbank venue on 30 July 2015.

As previously announced the cast includes Hannah Waddingham, Hadley Fraser and Tom Edden.

Joining them are: Louise Dearman (Wicked), Gavin Alex (Dirty Rotten Scoundrels), Tony Timberlake (Les Miserables) and additional ensemble cast including James Barron, Gareth Snook, Daisy Maywood and Gemma Wardle.

Producers Ollie Rosenblatt and Elliot Davis said: "We are delighted to present this rarely produced yet wonderful Gershwin masterpiece at the Festival Hall. We strive to present these classic musicals in concert with the best creative teams and casts we can assemble."

Accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra, the cast also features Nicolas Colicos and Christopher Doyle.

Of Thee I Sing is the Musicals in Concert, with others including the recent How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying and upcoming Peter Pan.
