Get your devices at the ready – here's our pick of cast albums, soundtracks and recordings that you really can't miss.

Tina – The Tina Turner Musical

Adrienne Warren may have left the West End production of Tina for the starry lights of the Great White Way, but before she departed she recorded this jewel of an album with the original cast of the show. Warren's vocals are rather incredible and definitely worth checking out. Buy the album here.

Follies

Featuring Imelda Staunton, Janie Dee, Peter Forbes, Tracie Bennett, Zizi Strallen and more, this Follies cast recording is a way to revisit the Olivier Award-winning National Theatre production, and features a distinctly characterful rendition of "Losing My Mind". A haunting, powerful treat. Buy the album here.

Company

It's the little things you do together...like listening to this album! Marianne Elliott's gender-switched revival of Sondheim's classic is a treat for musical theatre fans and contains hit after hit, side by side by side. Since the show is no longer running in London, this is a neat consolation. Buy the album here.

Six

The five-time Olivier, six-time WhatsOnStage Award-nominated musical is ridiculously popular on streaming sites, and with a huge breadth of song styles, tunes and up-beat numbers, it's hard not to hear why. It'd take a heart of stone not to fall in love with this album. Buy the album here.

Heathers

The recent London production of Heathers, which went on to transfer to the West End, teased its cast recording for many a month – and thankfully the final result was worth the wait. Featuring Carrie Hope Fletcher, Jamie Muscato, Jodie Steele, T'Shan Williams and Sophie Isaacs, this album is a perfect encapsulation of what made Heathers such a hit when it ran last year. Buy the album here.

The Cher Show

A piping hot new cast recording only just released, jukebox musical The Cher Show features all the best-known songs of, well, Cher. With a brilliant cast and a story about the rise to fame of the iconic singer, you better "Believe" that this is essential listening. Get the album here.

Everybody's Talking About Jamie

While the musical's concept album has been kicking around since the show first opened in Sheffield, this award-winning album featuring the original West End cast really is a work of art. Get the album here.

The Prom

The Prom is currently lighting up Broadway at the Longacre Theatre after originally running in Atlanta in 2016. A critical smash success, the musical is based on the story of Emma, a girl who got her school's prom cancelled because she wanted to bring her same-sex partner. A hotly-tipped critical success, this is one to memorise before it starts making waves in the UK. Get the album here.

Broken Wings

After a week-long run in the West End last year, Broken Wings is about to head out on an international tour. Featuring a stellar cast it's well worth testing out the concept album before the play settles for a full-length run in the future. Get the album here.

Girlfriends

LMTO's recent concert performance of Howard Goodall's Girlfriends was specially recorded for release and sounds rather brilliant! The wartime musical features a brilliant cast led by Lucie Jones and Lauren Samuels. Get the album here.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

More of an instrumental suite than a cast recording, we had to include Imogen Heap's brilliant and meticulously crafted compositions for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. For those that have seen the show it instantly draws you back into the wizarding world of Harry and co, while those who haven't been lucky enough to bag a seat for the piece it's a tantalising taster of what to expect.
