Judi Dench joins 'in conversation' events for Mountview's 70th birthday
Actors Judi Dench, Brian Cox and Elaine Paige will take part in a series of 'in conversation' events held at the Hospital Club as part of Mountview Academy's 70th birthday celebrations.
On 30 April 2015, Elaine Paige will talk to theatre critic Mark Shenton, followed by Brian Cox in conversation with director Matthew Smith on 28 May. Sir Richard Eyre will host the event with Dame Judi Dench, who is president of Mountview, on 11 June.
A limited number of tickets will be available to buy at £35, with proceeds going to the Mountview bursary scheme and the h.Club Foundation, the charitable arm of the Hospital Club which nurtures and supports emerging creative talent.
Judi Dench said of the programme: "Access to training is something very close to my heart and I am thrilled to be taking part in Mountview’s ‘In Conversation With…’ series in support of their bursary scheme for talented young actors who otherwise couldn’t afford to train."
Tickets for the Elaine Paige event are on sale now, and the others go on sale on 31 March.
