A new interactive theatrical experience, Thunderbirds: Beyond the Horizon will premiere in London this winter.

Based on the famous TV series by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson, charting the victories of the International Rescue group, the immersive experience will be hosted at a new, purpose-built venue called The Buzz in Elephant and Castle. Performances begin on 7 November.

Audiences are tasked with tackling a cyber attack, saving the Tracy brothers and stopping The Hood from creating a catastrophe. The piece is created by Limelight Productions and epb, in collaboration with ITV studios. Ticket prices for the experience range from £23.50 to £58.00.

Richard Lewis from Limelight Productions said: "Three years ago, I began a journey with ITV which will culminate this autumn in the opportunity to experience the world of International Rescue. Having watched the original series as a boy the iconic countdown, '5-4–3–2–1… Thunderbirds are Go!' is enough to make the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

"My ambition has always been to have our audience experience the visceral feeling of being rescued by a Thunderbird. It's not an easy task, so much so that we have had to build our own venue in London to do so."
