First look: Aladdin production images
Disney have released the first images of their new West End production of Aladdin.
Production images show Dean John-Wilson as Aladdin, with Jade Ewen as Jasmin and Trevor Dion Nicholas as the Genie.
The show officially opens on 15 June at the Prince Edward Theatre, with Broadway star Dion Nicholas making his London stage debut.
The rest of the cast include Don Gallagher as Jafar, Peter Howe as Iago, Irvine Iqbal as the Sultan, Nathan Amzi as Babkak, Stephen Rahman-Hughes as Kassim and Rachid Sabitri as Omar.
The show arrives in London after a run in Broadway, and has been adapted from the 1992 film with with new music from Alan Menken, lyrics from Howard Ashman, Tim Rice and Chad Beguelin, who also wrote the book. Casey Nicholaw directs.
Aladdin runs at the Prince Edward Theatre until 11 February 2017.
