Beatles show Let it Be returns to West End

The production, which premiered in 2012, will play a limited London run following its UK tour

Beatles concert show Let it Be is returning to the West End later this year for a limited season.

The production, which celebrates the story and music of the Fab Four, will run at the Garrick Theatre from 9 July to 21 September 2014, following its current UK tour.

Billed as "a spectacular theatrical concert", Let it Be charts The Beatles' meteoric rise from their humble beginnings in Liverpool’s Cavern Club, through the height of Beatlemania and their later studio work.

The show features over 40 Beatles hits including "I Wanna Hold Your Hand", "Hard Day’s Night", "Day Tripper", "Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band", "Strawberry Fields", "When I’m 64", "Twist and Shout", "Get Back" and the title song.

Full casting will be announced shortly.

Currently at the Garrick, Twelve Angry Men starring Tom Conti, Jeff Fahey, William Gaminara and Robert Vaughn continues until 14 June 2014.
