Catherine Tate, Aaron Tveit and cast rehearse Jamie Lloyd's Assassins

Rehearsal photos have been released of Broadway star Aaron Tveit, Catherine Tate and the rest of the cast of Assassins at the Menier Chocolate Factory.

Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman's Tony Award-winning musical looks at various historical figures who have assassinated (or tried to) American Presidents. Tveit will play John Wilkes Booth whileTate takes on the role of Sara Jane Moore.

Directed by Jamie Lloyd, Assassins has set and costume design by Soutra Gilmour, lighting by Neil Austin, sound by Gregory Clarke, musical supervision and direction by Alan Williams and hair and make-up by Richard Mawbey.

The show opens at the Menier Chocolate Factory on 21 November and will run until 7 March 2015, with Catherine Tate starring until 8 February.
