Several theatres unfortunately have had to cancel or re-schedule pantomime performances because of the weather, so check with the box office before you set out. This year’s crop overall has been a good one, with intelligent scripts and high production values.

The south-east England and East Anglia section of the website now takes a fortnight’s break, but there’s some interesting news about new productions and theatre-orientated initiatives promised for the New Year.

So keep an eye open for these in due course.
