MAMMA MIA! Helps Absent Patrons

The Metro Radio Arena and MAMMA MIA! are providing a bit of Christmas Cheer for absent patrons who missed out when the production came to the region earlier this month.

Due to hazardous weather conditions, there were a significant number of ticket holders who could not reach the Arena for their chosen show on either; Saturday 19th December or Sunday 20th December.

Many of the patrons were from Teesside area or beyond, or living close to the A19 which was closed due to the severe conditions.

Metro Radio Arena’s Marketing Director, Paul Tappenden said; “There is no obligation to refund as the shows went ahead, however, patrons who could not make it on these shows only are being offered the opportunity to attend the 7.30pm show on either Friday 1st or Sunday 3rd January 2009 instead”

Those patrons who wish to take advantage of this offer simply need to just turn up at one of these two shows no later than 7pm with their original unused tickets, and go to the Arena Box Office window to have them exchanged. Also, there will be no Car Parking charges for the show on Friday 1st January 2009. “We know that these patrons desperately want to see the show, and we are happy to oblige with this ticket exchange on these dates as a gesture of goodwill”, added Mr Tappenden.
