Follow the magical yellow brick road to the Octagon Theatre this Christmas to experience the enchanting story of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
The land of Oz will be brought vividly to life as you have never seen before in this captivating new version of L. Frank Baum’s timeless story that has charmed and entranced children and adults alike for more than one hundred years.
Lost in a strange and astonishing land, inhabited by wizards, munchkins, flying monkeys and witches, Dorothy and her faithful dog Toto need to find their way back home to Bolton. Heading for the Emerald City, with the help of her new friends; Scarecrow, Tin Man, and the cowardly Lion, Dorothy sets out along the yellow brick road to find the Great Oz – a Wizard with the power to make all of their dreams come true.
With original new music performed live and a whole heap of magic, the entire Theatre (audience included!) will be transformed into the incredible Land of Oz. There’s no place like the Octagon this Christmas!

performance (apart from Fri/Sat evenings and peak period) from 18 November – 18 January, just

performance of your choice, apart from Saturday evenings and peak periods. But, please
note this is subject to availability so have a few dates in mind when
booking. Tickets
cannot
be exchanged for any production at the Octagon. Only one entry per
household/email account please, as multiple entries/spammers will be
deleted.
Also, please ensure that you are free to attend before entering, as we cannot offer
alternatives,
should your plans change. Travel is not provided and please note
seating could be anywhere in the auditorium and we are not provided
with these details in advance. The winner will be emailed.
