Initial casting announced for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels tour
Initial casting has been announced for the upcoming UK tour of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, with Michael Praed (The Sound of Music, Dangerous Corner, High Society) and Noel Sullivan (We Will Rock You, Priscilla Queen of the Desert) leading the cast.
Also joining the tour will be Carley Stenson (Legally Blonde, [title of show], Shrek the Musical) and Mark Benton (Hairspray, Waterloo Road).
Jerry Mitchell's award-winning production opens in Birmingham on 5 May 2015, and the announced cast will be in the show in Manchester, Sunderland, Glasgow, Liverpool, Torquay, Stoke-on-Trent and Oxford.
Further casting for the production, which had a successful West End run starring Robert Lindsay and Rufus Hound, is to be announced.
The tour is also visiting Cardiff, Sheffield, Belfast, Edinburgh, Dublin, Norwich, Woking, Southampton, Bristol and Milton Keynes, with casting for those dates to be announced.
