Pilot Theatre’s Romeo Comes to Poole

York based Pilot Theatre bring their brand new adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic Romeo & Juliet to Lighthouse, Poole’s Centre for the Arts.

Known for creating work that engages younger audiences, Pilot Theatre’s version of the classic love story is sure to be a vibrant production with stunning visuals and a cutting edge soundtrack especially commissioned for the show. This celebrated story of dangerous rivalries and secret loves will be brought to life in a fast moving and contemporary telling of the tale, with a contemporary set filled with over 600 bunches of flowers. Award-winning designer Chloe Lamford has created a world for our 21st century love story to take place. Oliver Wilson, returns to Pilot having performed in This Child in 2008, and will play Romeo. His Juliet is Rachel Spicer, a recent graduate from RADA.
