Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense embarks on UK tour in September

The show is adapted from P.G Wodehouse’s ”The Code of the Woosters”

WhatsOnStage Award-nominated comedy Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense, currently playing at the West End's Duke of York’s theatre until 20 September 2014, will embark on a UK tour this autumn.

Kicking off on 24 September with a two-week run at Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Guildford, the show will visit Cambridge, Newcastle, Norwich, Reading, Salford, Cheltenham, Southampton, Glasgow, and will finish the tour at Bath Theatre Royal in December.

Casting for the tour will be announced in due course.

Based on the much-loved P.G. Wodehouse characters, Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense, which is written by brothers Robert and David Goodale and directed by Sean Foley, opened at the Duke of York’s Theatre in October starring Stephen Mangan and Matthew Macfayden.

The show was recently extended in the West End and will star Mark Heap and Robert Webb in the eponymous roles from 7 April 2014.

Jeeves and Wooster in Perfect Nonsense is currently booking at the Duke of York’s until 20 September 2014.
