The three-times platinum album, which sold over 8 million copies, was originally released in 1980 and dominated the UK charts, spending more time in the top slot than any other album at the time and went on to achieve worldwide recognition and subsequent success. This will be a chance to hear the anthemic Ant Music, the breakthrough tribal Dog Eat Dog and riotous title track Kings of the Wild Frontier, alongside the hit songs and selections from Adam's considerable back catalogue.

At the age of eight Chantel became the youngest person in the country to pass a Rock school exam and at 12, she was jamming in her native Bradford and evolving into an incredible musician. Wisely ignoring that advice, she enrolled at the world-renowned Leeds College of Music and became the first student in the college's history, to achieve a 100% pass mark, with 18 distinctions. For all those who love to draw on their imagination! Esme is a quiet girl who lives in a grey, noisy place. She loves to draw. One day Esme finds a piece of chalk and magic things start to happen. Her green chalk door opens up a strange and colourful world, waiting to be explored. But Esme daren't face this unexpected adventure alone; she needs friends to advise her when the oddest things happen with the enchanted chalk. This fun performance workshop includes live drawing, storytelling, music and improvisation with the audience. There will be opportunities for children to take on roles along the way. At the end of the experience, everyone will be invited to chalk up a drawing to take home.

In a 'Parkinson-style' Q&A they'll talk about their careers and their long relationship with the institution that is the York Theatre Royal pantomime. This will be interspersed with video footage of pantos past. With amusing anecdotes, backstage stories and fantastic banter, this is a one-off opportunity to see our stars without the wigs and costumes and relive some of your favourite panto moments. The proceeds from this event will go towards the theatre's ongoing work with children and young people.

Andy has performed at Glastonbury and Latitude Festivals and been broadcast on Radio 1, 4 and BBC2. He's also frontman of hip-hop band Middleman.
