David Haig joins cast of West End Guys and Dolls

Full casting has been announced for the West End transfer of the Chichester Festival Theatre revival of Guys and Dolls, which runs at the Savoy Theatre from 10 December 2015.

Joining original cast members Sophie Thompson as Miss Adelaide and Jamie Parker as Sky Masterson, are David Haig as Nathan Detroit and Siubhan Harrison as Sarah Brown.

The production will see Haig and Thompson work together for the first time since they played over-sexed bride and groom Lydia and Bernard in the classic comedy film Four Wedding and a Funeral.

Completing the cast are: Lucy Jane Adcock, Abigail Brodie, Cornelius Clarke, Momar Diagne, Lavinia Fitzpatrick, Lorna Gale, Nic Greenshields, Selina Hamilton, Ian Hughes, Frankie Jenna, Jacob Maynard, Neil McCaul, Genevieve Nicole, William Oxborrow, Max Parker, Carl Patrick, James Revell, Giovanni Spano, Gavin Spokes, Jonathan Stewart, Lucie Mae Sumner and Liam Wrate.

The show, which plays a 13-week run in the West End as part of a UK tour, is directed by Gordon Greenberg, choreographed by Carlos Acosta and Andrew Wright and features musical direction is from Gareth Valentine. Design is by Peter McKintosh, with lighting and sound by Tim Mitchell and Paul Groothuis.

The transfer will mark the second Chichester production at the Savoy in a row; Imelda Staunton stars in Gypsy there until 28 November.
