1st Night Photos: Michael Flatley brings Lord of the Dance to Palladium

Flatley marks his final West End appearance in the show, which also features Nadine Coyle

Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance, the follow up to his iconic Riverdance, gets a makeover this year as it opens at the London Palladium, marking Flatley's final West End appearance.

The Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games features new staging, including Holo-Gauze™ screen technology displaying holographic-effect projections, as well as new costumes and choreography. The cast are joined by Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle, who will perform the brand new song that gives the production its title, "Dangerous Games".

James Keegan, Morgan Comer and Mathew Smith star as the Lords of the dance, alongside 40 other young performers.

Director and choreographer Michael Flatley has said he was "blown away by the remarkable talent and abilities of the great cast".

Composer Gerard Fahy has composed new music to work with the new aspects of the performance.

Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games will complete a limited run at the London Palladium, followed by an international tour spanning 15 countries and 18 months, kicking off at Wembley Arena on 30 October.
