Photos: Mamma Mia! Cast Let Their Hair Down
The latest cast of West End long-runner Mamma Mia! were in party mood following their media night this week (21 September 2010), when they were joined by stars old and new including TV comedy favourite Nicholas Smith and Over the Rainbow finalist Lauren Samuels.

Mamma Mia!, which has an original book by Catherine Johnson fashioned around 22 Abba hits, had its world premiere at the Prince Edward Theatre in April 1999 before moving to the Prince of Wales in May 2004. It successfully made the transfer to the big screen in 2008, with a cast led by Meryl Streep, Pierce Brosnan and Colin Firth.
The current London cast includes Harriet Thorpe as Tanya, alongside Linzi Hateley and Catherine Russell as her fellow ‘Dynamos’ Donna and Rosie, and Jessie May as Sophie.
