Photos: Rat Pack & Marilyn Bound for West End
Two Hollywood-inspired shows staged a joint press launch today (2 September 2009) ahead of their West End outings later in the year.
Marilyn: Forever Blonde, a one woman play with songs about the life of the legendary actress starring Sunny Thompson, will get its West End premiere at Leicester Square Theatre from 22 October to 18 November 2009 (previews from 20 October), following a national tour.
It’s followed by the West End return of Frank Sammy and Dean: The Rat Pack Live From Las Vegas, which runs for a strictly
limited season at the Adelphi Theatre from 23 September to 21 November,
before Christmas With The Rat Pack takes over from 28 November (previews from 24 November), continuing over the festive season to 3 January 2010.
