Jude Law Goes Back to Musical Youth???

Jude Law is to become a patron of the National Youth Music Theatre, the company he says gave him his earliest training. Law, who grew up in Lewisham, South London, first performed with the company back in 1987 at the age of 14 (pic below). Now known for blockbuster film roles such as The Talented Mr. Ripley, Alfie and Sherlock Holmes, Law also starred in the Donmar Warehouse’s production of Hamlet at Wyndham’s Theatre which later transferred to Broadway. Could his new patronage be a hint at some unfulfilled musical theatre ambitions?!
