Photos: New Shrek cast mark first performance
Dean Chisnall and Neil McDermott took over the roles of Shrek and Lord Farquaad in the West End run of Shrek the Musical last night (29 February 2012).
Chisnall, who has decorated his dressing room specially, was previously understudying Nigel Lindsay in the title role, while McDermott takes over fellow former EastEnder Nigel Harman.
They were joined backstage before their first performance by fellow cast members Richard Blackwood (Donkey) and Kimberley Walsh (Princess Fiona) for a photo session with our photographer Dan Wooller…
