Live Tweeting: The 2012 Olivier Awards nominations
The full list of nominees for the 2012 Olivier Awards will be announced at noon today (15 March 2012) with an event at the May Fair Hotel presented by 2011 Olivier Awards Best Actress winner Nancy Carroll and Best Actor Roger Allam. For the first time the event is simultaneously broadcast live online.

The winners of the 2012 Olivier Awards will be announced in a ceremony at the Royal Opera House on Sunday 15 April 2012 hosted by Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton.
That ceremony will also see the winner of the BBC Radio 2 Olivier Audience Award presented. Elaine Paige recently announced on her Radio 2 show that West End musicals Billy Elliot, Jersey Boys, Les Miserables and Wicked had been shortlisted for the prize with voting taking place through the Olivier Awards website.
