WOS TV: Vote for West End Eurovision Videos

The fourth annual West End Eurovision, a late-night competition which will see 11 London shows perform fully costumed and choreographed versions of a Eurovision Song Contest numbers, will be held this Thursday (21 April 2011) at the West End's Piccadilly Theatre hosted by Gabby Roslin.

Held in aid of TheatreMAD, The Make A Difference Trust, the charity brings together the British entertainment community and its audiences to raise funds to support people living with HIV and AIDS.

TheatreMAD recently announced announced that entries on the night will be scrutinised by last year's host Graham Norton, star of Legally Blonde and Flare Path Sheridan Smith and TV comedian Justin Lee Collins as celebrity judges.

In addition, Heart FM's Toby Anstis will be providing interviews throughout the event and "Making Your Mind Up" stars The Original Bucks Fizz will perform their 1981 Eurovision winning entry as a part of their 30th anniversary celebrations.

West End shows competing this year have been announced as Legally Blonde, Les Miserable, Love Never Dies, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, Phantom of the Opera, The 39 Steps, Wizard of Oz, We Will Rock You and Wicked.

As well as competing on the night, each of the West End shows have created a 75-second video, with a public vote for the most creative entry. All of these idents can be found below and you can vote for your favourite until 6pm on 21 April by sending a text to TheatreMAD. Of the £1 charge, a minimum of 92p per text submitted goes to the charity to support our important work tackling chronic ill health and poverty across the UK and in Southern Africa.
