Synopsis
Meet the service users of Lancaster Hill. Tired of cuts to support hours and hearing about the recession they decide to take a stand and fight back. But how? On a bright, sunny day in July a million pounds worth of diamonds are arriving in Lancaster to be displayed at Barclays bank. Can they take back what they believe is rightfully theirs?
