Synopsis
Richard Alston is internationally recognised as one of the most influential choreographers in British dance. Artistic Director of The Place, London, and a creator of dance for more than 40 years, Richard has been commissioned to create work for companies and artists including Rambert, Michael Clark, The Royal Ballet, Sadler's Wells, Ballet Black and Phoenix Dance Theatre, to name but a few. For this exclusive Friday at 5pm, Richard is interviewed about his career to date by Time Out Dance Editor Lyndsey Winship.
