Synopsis
Lee Evans returns to the West End opposite Sheila Hancock in the premiere of Clive Exton's new comedy Barking in Essex, which opens at Wyndham's Theatre this September.
The play is based around "the village idiot of the criminal underworld", Algie Packer, played by Evans, who has finally been freed from prison after seven years, and has come to collect his booty. Hancock will play Algie's mother Emmie.
Book tickets to see Essex's lovable but dysfunctional family as they desperately attempt to cover their tracks before Algie arrives to collect what is rightfully his.
The play contains bad language and is suitable for ages 16 and over.
