Synopsis Melting pot of dance culture. Uchenna Dance presents Cultural Explosion a night that celebrates the creativity of dance theatre artists, exploring the use of club and social dances, wrapped in a contemporary dance arena. Cultural Explosion will feature work from Joseph Yvan Toonga (Blueprint Bursary winner 2011) of Just US Dance Theatre, Shelley Maxwell of Maxwell Dance Project, Akosua Boayke with a piece choreographed for Uchenna II, Gerrard Martin, Ricardo Da Silva and Botis Seva (Juste Debout UK finalists 2011) and Vicki Igbokwe, Creative Director of Uchenna Dance Company.
