Synopsis
Rachel Kavanaugh's new production of Rodgers and Hammerstien's much-loved musical The Sound of Music will run at the West End's Open Air Theatre from 25 July to 7 September - the first time one of the legendary writing team's musicals has been staged at the Open Air Theatre.
The story of the von Trapp family and their escape from Nazi occupation made famous by the film starring Julie Andrews.
