Synopsis A concert of music commissioned by the Swiss conductor and champion of new music, Paul Sacher. The works range from the airy gracefulness of Stravinsky's Concerto and the atmospheric textures of Lutoslawski's Double Concerto (for oboe and harp) through to the charm of Frank Martin and the powerful Fourth Symphony of Honegger.
