Synopsis In Sept 2009 artistic director and local street dancer David Danville decided to embark on a new dance venture called Street Funk. This team is made up of Ben Davies "Street Dance British Championship Winner" as featured on Sky TVs "Got to Dance" and Hulls up and coming leading street dance choreographers including Sarah Roe and Chris Clark. The Street Dance Experience on the 21st of July 2012 will be a showcase of the current commercial street dance styles such as Voguing, Whacking, Popping and Locking with an insight into the historical culture of Urban dance. Incorporating several genres of music from lyrical pop to hip-hop, their diverse eye-catching routines have made an impact across youtube and within the city of Hull. With an inclusion of a large cast, set and costumes this highly energetic, breathtaking show will have you mesmerized and dancing in your seats! Some adult language may be used within the music of this production.
