Synopsis

The Pantomime story of Aladdin and the magic lamp. Widow Twankey, her no-good son Wishee Washee and the Chinese laundry usually provide the slapstick.

Set in Peking, this festive favourite offers a tale of mystery, mayhem and most of all Magic. Prepare yourselves to boo and hiss and join in the fun. It’s going to be Geni-us!!!

With topical jokes and up-to the minute pop songs Ray Quinn lives up to his star billing as Aladdin in this colourful traditional Panto .

Cheeky Quinn, Dancing on Ice winner and X Factor runner-up, entertains us wonderfully with his scouse accent and infectious humour and has the audience raising the roof with delight!

The hilarous Widow Twankey – Don Maclean (of Radio 4 fame) brings enormous energy to the role of Dame and has the audience rolling with laughter. Look out too for dozy PC Bert, the brilliant Neil Smye, whose simple wit is the perfect foil for the Dame’s outrageously, exuberant character.

Beautiful Alex Handy-Ferrie is a superb Princess Jasmine. She has a sweet clear voice and when she duets with Quinn the combination is delightful.
