Synopsis
An evening of comedies and sketches, including one act play by Sean Hughes and material devised and directed by John Nicholson in association with Peepolykus. The NHS is 60 - Happy Birthday! Sick Room transports us into a world where doctors know no boundaries and patients are taking control of their own operations. Recognisable medical predicaments throw this most British of institutions into the spotlight as real life experiences are chillingly and hilariously confessed. Blending music, eccentricity, unnecessary movement and a wild charm, Sick Room is where you can expect the unexpected!
