Synopsis

From the Hart is a brand new biographical musical based on the life and loves of the unforgettable song-writer and all time great, Lorenz Hart. Known as the poet of Broadway, 'Larry' Hart was born in Harlem to Jewish immigrant parents and, upon meeting Richard Rogers through a friend at Columbia University, soon became the famed lyricist half of the celebrated Broadway song writing duo Rodgers and Hart. The pair went on to write some of the most renowned melodies known to date and this original musical incorporates all the timeless classics such as Blue Moon, Isn't It Romantic, My Funny Valentine, The Lady is a Tramp, Manhattan and Have You Met Miss Jones?.
