Synopsis One hot summer night in 1969, the downtown Manhattan police were performing a routine shakedown and bust on sleazy drag bar called the Stonewall Inn. But just as they were herding the trannies into the paddy wagon, something strange happened - the normally passive peaceful drag queens started to fight back. Before you know it a fracas had escalated into a three day full on riot that changed the face of modern sexuality. Stonewall is a riotous musical that tells of the events that lead to that night.
