Synopsis
Joe Lott Dance Chemistry - Chemical reactions and bonding are taken as metaphors for human relationships. Volatile, unstable elements seek stability, amidst shifting, unfolding periodic patterns. Three athletic dancers experience attraction, repulsion and chemistry. Scope Dance Theatre (Nefeli Tsiouti) Palette - Hip-hop dance theatre, combining the four elements of the hip-hop culture under one roof (breaking, DJing, MCing, graffiti). The painter in the piece is making a painting with dancers from different origins. Sven K Danc (Travis Clausen-Knight) Heart of Matter - The Big Bang created all atoms and particles in the Universe. The strangest is the Higgs Boson or "God Particle"; enigmatic, elusive and energetic its movement influences all entities.
