Synopsis
Set on the wine dark sea illuminated by the rosy fingered dawn and an angle poise - armed with only paper cuts, musical instruments and cunning fingers. A tale of one husband s long return to his home and family after war. Overcoming obstacles both natural and super natural, on the high seas and across his own threshold. This corner stone of literature founded on centuries of oral tales is re-told in our own mute and obtuse ways. Some say an illustrated song, a finger ballet. It s the meeting of music, drawing, puppetry, film and theatre.
